Tomáš Krsička is one of the chief Group partners. As the Chief Investment Officer, he is responsible for the development and implementation of investment decisions. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and in 2000 was appointed as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) by the CFA Institute. He is one of the founding members of the Czech CFA Society. Tomáš Krsička belongs to a narrow group of global holders of this prestigious title, such as Bill H. Gross (PIMCO), Howard Marks (Oaktree Capital Management) or top investment managers in BlackRock, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley or UBS.

Between 1997 and 2003, he worked at Citigroup as a financial analyst, monitoring selected sectors of the Czech economy and preparing fundamental and credit analyses of securities issuers.

In 2000, he assumed the role of a portfolio manager and also managed and coordinated the activities of Citigroup’s team of analysts. In the period 1996-1997, he worked as a financial analyst at Česko-kalifornská investiční společnost, a.s., where he worked on financial analyses of companies and was actively involved in the preparation of investment banking projects.

In 2012, he was awarded by the CFA as a leader of the winning team and a representative of the Czech Republic during the European finals of the CFA Institute Research Challenge 2012. He also received the Paegas Signum Temporis award as a portfolio manager of the best performing stock fund in the Czech Republic in 2001.
