Štěpán Lacina has been one of the chief partners of the Accredio Group since its formation. As the Chief Sales Officer, he is responsible for the creation and implementation of sales processes and customer relationships. He is also involved in the preparation of the Group’s marketing strategy. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and completed studies at the Business College of Colorado State University.
Between 2001 and 2003, he worked as the director of private banking in Citibank, a.s., where he was in charge of managing private banking centres in Prague, Brno and Ostrava. He played a major role in the preparation and marketing of Citibank’s investment products in the Czech Republic.
At Citibank, he worked as an internal trainer for investment training programmes in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Russia. From 1997 to 2001 he worked at Citicorp, where he was responsible for the marketing and sale of investment products.
As a member of the legislative committee, he was actively involved in the preparation of investment standards for the Securities Commission of the Czech Republic and the Union of Investment Companies. He completed educational and training programmes related to derivate financial instruments and portfolio management in Prague and London. He is a certified Investment Trainer and a licensed Investment Advisor.
